There is a Mandatory Registration is Monday, June 12^th from 5:00 8:00 p.m. at Turf Time which is located at 29860 Skokie Highway (Route 41) in Lake Bluff. You may stop in at your convenience during this time. Rosters will be signed by players and Uniforms (if needed) will be ordered.

A New Parent Orientation Meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. at this Registration.

You will need the following for registration:

Birth Certificate new LFSA players only and those accepted to Boys U10 and U11 Blue Teams

Emergency Medical Form available HERE or at registration

Insurance Card copies of both sides

Payment by check, MasterCard or Visa

Directions to Turf Time are:

North on Route 41 past Route 176

Pass under viaduct and get in left lane

Turn left at the 1st left turn lane directly into parking lot

FC United North Teams will be registering at Turf Time from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 13th.
